- An explanation of how the evidence changes the statement.

A specification is a statement with a history. Before drawing a conclusion, we ask where it came from and exactly which model it describes.
Our present model notes examine public documentation. They do not substitute for physical testing. A manufacturer image can help with identification; a performance claim calls for a different kind of evidence.
